Green Smoothie 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 cup quartered green apple

  • 1/2 of an avocado

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • 1 cup green grapes

  • 1 cup ice

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend together until smooth.

  3. (Optional) To thicken, add more ice.
