Overnight Oats



  • 1/2 cup  steel cut rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1 Tbsp.  chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp.  honey

  • 1/4 cup  yogurt

  • fresh fruit (your choice)

  1. Add all ingredients except for the fresh fruit into a container  that  can be sealed.

  2. Mix until well combined.

  3. Add fresh fruit of your choice to the top, seal it, and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.*

  4. Enjoy! 

*Overnight oats can be stored up to five days in the fridge.
