Sheet Pan Tilapia



  • 4 6 oz tilapia fillets

  • 2 cloves garlic crushed and diced

  • 3 Tbps olive oil or melted butter

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 3 tsp of parsley

  • 1 tsp of oregano

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Your choice of chopped vegetables (onions, peppers, brussels sprouts, broccoli, etc.)

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Heat olive oil (or butter) on low-medium heat in a small pan.

  2. Add garlic and sauté on low for about 1 minute.

  3. Remove from heat and add lemon juice, parsley, oregano, and salt + pepper to taste.

  4. Arrange fish and veggies in a single layer on a sheet pan.

  5. Evenly pour the garlic spice mixture onto fish and veggies. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until tilapia is golden brown and veggies are fork-tender.

  6. Enjoy!
