Strawnana Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup ice (if using frozen fruit, no need to add ice)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend together until smooth.

  3. (Optional) To thicken, add more ice.
